I've been in the real estate business since 1992 and am leader of the Randy Smith Team as well as the Broker/Owner of Equity Real Estate in American Fork Utah, where I oversee roughly 200 agents.

I specialize in counseling and advising people who are buying or selling residential real estate, but dabble occasionally in farm/ranch and raw ground development. I would love to be a resource to you or anyone you care about & feel confident you'll have a positive experience, as nearly 90% of my personal business comes from referrals and repeat business.

I love giving back to our community and profession. I currently serve at the pleasure of the Governor as one of the Real Estate Commissioners for the State of Utah. Throughout the years I have been very involved in leadership in the Association of REALTORS having served as the President of the Utah County Assn. of REALTORS, and in 2005 was named UCAR's "REALTOR of the Year." I currently serve on the Boards of Directors for the Utah Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.

I reside in Highland Utah with my wife, Christina. We have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. In my spare-time, I enjoy "wind therapy" on my motorcycle, getting up into the mountains 4-wheeling, camping, hunting & fishing with my boys, following BYU and Lone Peak High School sports and spending family time at our place at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming.
